General queries about impression safety and overall experience
Is the casting material 100% safe for newborn baby skin?
Yes, absolutely! We use medical-grade, organic seaweed-based alginate material imported specifically for infant impressions. It is 100% non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and gentle even on day-old babies.
How long does the impression taking session take?
The actual mold impression takes only 3 to 5 minutes per hand or foot! The total appointment (including selecting frame models, colors, and nameplate details) takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
What if my baby moves during the impression molding?
Our artists are expert specialists in working with infants. The material sets quickly within 2 minutes. If a baby moves excessively and disrupts the mold, we simply redo the impression free of charge during the session until we achieve perfect detail.

How do I check if my session booking has been placed?
Once you submit a booking request on our website or directly via WhatsApp, our studio manager will confirm your appointment slot and send an instant WhatsApp booking summary along with location coordinates or doorstep artist details.
Can I customize the frame finish, background color, or name engraving?
Yes! Every keepsake is completely bespoke. You can choose from champagne metallic gold, antique silver, or warm bronze lacquer, coupled with your choice of background fabric, LED illumination, and customized name & birth date metal plaques.
Can I reschedule my appointment slot?
We understand that baby sleep schedules can change! You can reschedule your appointment slot at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time by messaging us on WhatsApp.
3. Delivery & Home Visits

How does the doorstep home visit service work in Bengaluru?
Our trained studio artist visits your residence across Bengaluru (Whitefield, Indiranagar, Koramangala, Sarjapur, HSR Layout, Yelahanka, etc.) equipped with sterile impression kits and sample frames so you don't have to step out with your newborn.
When will my completed 3D framed keepsake be ready?
Hand-cured casting, multi-stage sanding, metallic lacquering, and custom glass framing require 3 to 4 weeks for complete drying and finishing to guarantee longevity.
Can I collect my finished display box directly from the studio?
Yes! You can collect your finished frame in person at our studio in AECS Layout, Marathahalli, or opt for direct doorstep porter delivery in protective wooden crating.
4. Payment & Pricing

What payment options do you accept?
We accept Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, All UPI apps, Credit/Debit cards, NetBanking, and Cash at studio.
Do I have to pay full price at the time of the impression?
No, a 50% advance is collected at the time of taking the impression. The remaining 50% balance is payable upon delivery/collection of the finished framed keepsake.

What does the 2-Year Color Warranty cover?
Our 2-Year Color Warranty covers any unnatural fading, chipping, or tarnish of the metallic lacquer coating on the 3D castings under indoor household conditions.
How should I clean and preserve the shadow box frame?
Wipe the outer glass with a soft micro-fiber cloth. Avoid exposing the frame to direct sunlight or heavy moisture walls.
